Ideas Factory is an organisation working to support social innovation and social entrepreneurship across Bulgaria and the Balkans.
As part of their portfolio of innovative work they run EmpathEAST: a forum for empathy-driven social change. The main objective of EmpathEAST is to create a platform for social innovation.
EmpathEAST 2019 took place from the 1st – 3rd November in Plovdiv, Bulgaria and formed part of the artistic programme of Plovdiv European Capital of Culture 2019.
The festival included lectures, workshops, music, experimental theatre and conversations from speakers and participants from all over the globe.
Wind&Bones took part in the fantastic forum where we delivered a lecture on storytelling and an innovative and fast-paced workshop on manifesto writing.
It was great to be part of such an innovative and creative platform and to meet so many inspiring and impressive people. We’re looking forward to more work with the fabulous Ideas Factory. So watch this space!
